Audry Welch, Chandler Harvey and Luke Morgan were named the student athletes of the week from Weston, JHHS and Quitman High School. The weekly award that is sponsored by the Jackson Parish Hospital is given to the student athlete from each high school that best demonstrates athletic and academic achievement. Winners are chosen by select faculty members at each school. Welch is a senior softball players at Weston while Harvey plays baseball at Jonesboro-Hodge. Morgan is a junior baseball player at Quitman.Â
