The vision of seeing a Senior Village built in the town of Jonesboro moved a step closer to reality as the purchase of the property on the south side of Industrial Drive was finalized, according to MGM Development Group Partner, Jeff Glover who further stated that building plans were underway and should be completed by the end of June.

“We are working with the town engineer and public works department on their sewer pipe project / easement through our property and on finalizing the financing ,” said Glover. “Everything is proceeding as planned.”

Glover went on to say that all of the paperwork should be wrapped up soon and the construction loan closed in the fall.
