The second annual “Carnival on Caney” has been scheduled for January 27th at the Jimmie Davis State Park. Festivities will begin at 9:00 AM at campsite #56 with the Parade set to roll at 2:00 pm. The local chapter of the Louisiana Dutch Oven Society will be cooking a jambalaya lunch with sides and desserts and there will also be a booth serving fresh beignets!
