When the Jackson Parish Recreation Department Youth Basketball League ended play, two wonderful months of fun drew to a close for nearly 200 area boys and girls from the ages of 5-14. While the primary purpose of the league was to provide entertainment and instruction for the youth of Jackson Parish the champions of the seven leagues and the tops scorers for each deserve recognition.
