Pine Belt Head Start Director Conchita Malone-Doyle at WHS

On Friday, April 23rd, the Weston High School Kindergarten class enjoyed a fun filled and educational program led by Pine Belt Head Start Director, Conchita Malone-Doyle. The event was highlighted by the children dressing up in their desired occupations when they become adults.

“Today was a very good day,” said Malone. “One of my former Head Start students desires to be a Physician and I got to be her first house call.”

Malone, who is the Executive Director at the Pine Belt Multi-Purpose Community Action Agency and has been with the non-profit organization since 1989 went on to relay the importance of encouraging children to work hard, maintain integrity and never give up on their dreams.

“Children need to know that all things are possible to those who believe.”
