Those roles include Criminal Patrol, Shift Supervisor, Canine Handler, SRT Coordinator, Criminal Investigations, and Supervisor over jail operations. In addition, Brent is a Combat Veteran of Operation Desert Storm, Operation Enduring Freedom, and retired from the Louisiana Army National Guard as the 225th Engineer Brigade Command Sergeant Major in 2015.
