Juliette “Judy” Pardue has been selected for the Forest Haven Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center Resident Spotlight for the month of June. A resident for over 16 years, Judy’s sense of humor is always uplifting to the staff and the other residents.
She is an avid New Orleans Saints fan and will tell you “I have been a Saint all my life. Not because I’ve always been good but because my maiden name is Saint.”
“We are honored to have Mrs. Pardue staying with us,” said Forest Have Nursing Home director Sandra Billings. “We are thankful for uplifting spirit and an amusing stories that she shares with everyone.”
Her presence in the family business, Pardue Builders of Jonesboro, afforded her the opportunity to serve her community and amass a large network of friends that she still enjoys getting cards from and talking to on the phone. Judy has five children, 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren that she is very proud of and the source of constant conversation. She loves to visit with her family and the staff and her favorite TV channel is QVC.
