It brings good feelings when you see cooperation among business entities in the parish and the organizations that work to promote them. Especially when the appreciation comes from the largest employer in the Parish and their gesture is in monetary form.
This took place this past week when Mr. Eric Taylor, plant manager for WestRock Inc. in Hodge, presented Jackson Parish Chamber of Commerce Director Wilda Smith a check to help provide support for the business organization.
“The Jackson Parish Chamber of Commerce is very appreciative to Westrock for their support of not only our organization but to the entire community,” said Smith.
