JHHS Auditorium site of Funeral Services for Nichols, Nichols and Holden

Jonesboro-Hodge High School, located at 225 Pershing Hwy. in Jonesboro, will be the site of the funeral for siblings Lajermanique and LaJavion Nichols, as well as, Javious Holden this Wednesday, August 4th. Services are expected to begin at 1:00pm in the school Auditorium under the direction of Paradise Funeral Home in Jonesboro.

The three teens tragically lost their life in a single car accident just south of Ruston on July 26th.

“Queen Jerm” as Lajermanique was called,graduated from JHHS in 2020 and was a Sophomore at Grambling State University. She was also a dedicated team member of the Boys and Girls Club of North Louisiana, specifically helping the youth of Jonesboro. 

LaJavion, affectionately called “Luda” by his family and friend, was a three sport athlete at Jonesboro-Hodge High School competing in football, basketball and track. He was described by head football coach Terrance Blankenship as a leader and heartbeat of the team.

“J5”, as Javious was known by all who associated with him, was also an athlete at Jonesboro-Hodge competing in football and basketball. He will forever be remembered for his quick smile, laid back demeanor and always there to help anyone in need.
