Former Jonesboro City Councilman, Lastevic D. Cottonham, has been jailed in Caddo Parish on charges of home invasion and battery of a dating partner. Bond has been set at $75,000.00. Cottonhan is remembered locally as being instrumental in the Jonesboro Police Department being defunded while serving on the Jonesboro City Council in 2010.
This Youngman was in the Navy station and Corpus Christi Texas. Why serving in the Navy he was a great inspiration to many of our youth in the church. He was also a very good basketball player who always helped others along the way. I pray and hope all is well with him and his family at this moment. I love this Youngman and was very honor to have him as a part of our church family.
