Jonesboro-Hodge graduate LaDamien Bradford showed he is getting comfortable in his first season as a Louisiana Tech basketball player by setting a couple of new career highs as a Bulldog in the 87-60 victory over Texas Southern University this past Thursday.
Bradford scored 8 points and enjoyed a perfect shooting night when he made all three of his field goal attempts and both of his free throws, as well as, collecting four rebounds to set new personal standards as a Bulldog.
In nearly twenty minutes of action in Tech’s 78-75 victory over Santa Clara on Saturday, Bradford once again had a perfect shooting outing by going 2-2 from the field, including a three pointer and making both of his free throw attempts. While playing the most minutes of any non-starter, Bradford turned in a solid stat line of five points, two rebounds, two assists and two steals to help the Bulldogs improve to 6-2 on the season.
Tech’s next game will be at the Thomas Assembly Center on Saturday, December 11th where they will continue a long time rivalry with the University of Louisiana. Game time is set for 11:00 am.
