Area student athletes will be home for the holidays soon but this coming Monday and Tuesday they will all be making roads trips to play boys and girls basketball games for their respective schools. Five games are slated to be played on Monday including the season final for the Jonesboro-Hodge Middle School girls and boys. The Saline Junior Varsity boys will travel to Simsboro and Weston will make the short venture to Dodson for a varsity girls and boys tilt. All games are scheduled to begin at 5:00pm.
On Tuesday, Jonesboro-Hodge will head to Grambling to take on Lincoln-Prep for Junior Varsity boys, Varsity girls and Varsity boys action while Weston goes to Doyline and Quitman heads to Castor. All of those games start at 5:00 pm as well. Saline will travel to Ringgold for girls and boys games slated to begin at 6:00pm.
