The Jackson Parish Chamber of Commerce (JPCC) in conjunction with several businesses in Jonesboro is pleased to announce that the time frame from 5:00pm – 8:00pm on Monday, December 13th has been deemed as “Ladies Night Out.” A local ladies are encouraged to come shop the local stores in town and enjoy the special benefits designed just for them.
The fun time is part of the many continuing Christmas activities that are sponsored by the JPCC to help area residents enjoy the Christmas Season. Addtional events that will be coming soon are carraige rides through the town lit up by the estimated more than 10 million lights that has made the downtown area of Jonesboro a must see destination at night. Also Santa will soon be at his house each and every evening. Dates and times can be found on the JPCC Facebook page and will be posted in future Jackson Parish Journal editions.
