By order of the Supreme Court of Louisiana, District D Justice of the Peace, David Womack, has been disqualified from exercising any judicial function during the pendency of further proceedings, pursuant to La. Const. art. V, § 25(C) and Supreme Court Rule XXIII, § 27.
The decree was handed down on February 17, 2022 to be effective immediately.
