If you have been fortunate enough to hear her, you know that there is no doubt about it, Skylar Hall can sing! This is not just an opinion but a fact that was verified recently at the Literary Rally at Louisiana Tech where the junior vocalist from Quitman High School earned the highest rating possible by two separate sets of judges. Following her performance, Hall received a Superior Plus rating from the Rolla Area Music Teachers Association (RAMTA) and scored Superior by Literary Rally judges. By virtue of her outstanding achievement, Hall has now qualified for the state competition.
