The Jackson Parish School District announces that registration is being taken for the Summer Adventure Camps that will take place at Jonesboro-Hodge Elementary, Quitman High and Weston High. Current K-8th grade students are eligible to attend. There is NO COST for the camp and breakfast, lunch and bus transportation will be provided. Deadline to register is March 27th.
Camp sessions will include breakfast, lunch, reading activities, science projects, hands-on math, art, building fun, and small group tutoring. The goal of this program is to foster summer learning, address social and emotional well-being, and deliver quality education.
***ONE FORM WILL NEED TO BE COMPLETED FOR EACH CHILD IN THE HOUSEHOLD***
There will be two sessions offered at each location with the first running from June 6th – June 16th and the second being June 20th – June 30th. Camp instruction will be from 7:45am – 1:45pm on Monday -Thursday

Do the kids have to go to those schools to attend the camp?
That is a good question. I would recommend contacting the School Board Office.
