
The Directors and staff of the Jonesboro and Chatham branches of the Jackson Parish Library invites patrons to come and join the festivities celebrating Easter this Friday and Saturday. The fun begins on Wednesday, April 6th from 10:00 – 11:00am with Toddler Storytime when the book Peter Cottontail’s Easter Egg Hunt will be read along with singing, dancing, crafts and treats. Each Wednesday, a new book and fun will be had.
At 4:00pm on Friday, April 8th, “Tweens and Teens” of the ages of 8-17 will paint Easter Egg Rocks at the Jonesboro Branch then on Saturday, April 9th from 9:00 – 11:00 am an Easter Egg hunt will be held at the Jonesboro Branch. Pictures with the Easter Bunny and the chance to win prizes will also be enjoyed.
