Easter Eggstravaganza enjoyed at Jackson Parish Library

It was one of those rare times when you didn’t have to be quiet at the Library. Instead laughter and revelry ruled the day as youth from all over Jackson Parish descended on the Jonesboro and Chatham Branches of Jackson Parish Library to take part in the Easter Eggstravagana.  A great time was had by all who participated in the Easter Egg hunt, games and activities. Even a few, like Mason Hall came away richer than when they came. With a guess of 156 eggs, Hall was the closest to the actual total of 158, which netted him a $25.00 gift card from Amazon.

Adults Enjoy Easter Craft Time

It wasn’t just the children who had fun celebrating the upcoming Easter holiday but adults from all over Jackson Parish as well. See below for a pictorial of some of the area’s adults enjoying doing crafts this past Thursday.
