Weston High shortstop, Caleb Waters and Choudrant High outfielder, Kaden Bradshaw, has been named Co-MVP’s of the 2B All-District baseball team. Class B and district champion Choudrant and Quitman led the way with five first team selection while Weston High had four. 

Voting for All-District honors was done by the coaches from each school who nominated the players to be chosen from but were not able to vote for their own players. The statistics of each player submitted were only from district games competed in.

Waters, who has signed to play collegiately for Bossier Parish Community College (BPCC) earned Co-MVP honors after compiling a .476 batting average and going 1-0 on the mound for Weston. Additional players from Weston earning first team designation was Davis Tolar, Kaden Shirley and Braden Theriot. 

Representing Quitman on the elite squad was fellow BPCC signee Ty Simonelli and Luke Morgan, who signed with Louisiana Christian College in Alexandria along with Logan Ponder, Ian Tilley and Blake Carter. 

Two time Class B state champion Choudrant had Landon Hennon, Bryce McGuire, Jackson Case and Stone Weaver along with Co-MVP, Bradshaw selected. Head Coach Tony Antley was named Coach of the Year.

Earning Honorable Mention designation from Quitman was Riley Duck while Cooper Delaney was selected from Weston. They joined Gavin Murphy and Austin Swift from Choudrant and Shamarian Brantley, Hayden Rabo, Daniel Martinez and Ashton Malone from Simsboro.
