Chatham Community Church celebrates new era of independent ministry

Sunday, September 25th, was a special time that was celebrated by the congregation and staff of the Chatham Community Church as they worshipped together for the first time in their very own building. The purchase of the former Chatham United Methodist Church property from the Board of Trustees of the Louisiana Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church, South Central Jurisdiction, comes 18 months after being incorporated as an independent Wesleyan congregation.
