Seniors who attended the daily meetings of the Chatham Mealsite not only enjoyed the scrumptious meal provided but a couple of fun days playing Bingo. Winners on Monday of the Bingo Blackout sponsored by Skilled Home Health were Rodean Jones, Bonnie Fuller, John Austin, Betty Lethcho and Janet Gray. Tuesday winners were Elaine Sanderson, Geneva Stuckey, And Janet Smith.

Chatham Mealsite, located at 6425, Hwy 34 in Chatham is a satellite site of the Jackson Council on Aging. Open Monday-Friday a healthy lunch is served each day at noon for Jackson Parish residents living in the Chatham area who are 60 and older along with a variety of activities geared toward fellowship with other seniors. Limited local transportation is provided upon request and meals are also delivered to homebound Senior’s.
