Police Jury Road Committee to meet on Wednesday, Jan. 11th

The Jackson Parish Police Jury announces that a meeting of the Road Committee will take place at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, January 11th in the Nathanial Zeno, Jr. Meeting Room of the Jackson Parish Administrative Building, located at 160 Industrial Drive in Jonesboro.

Agenda items to be discussed by committe members Amy Magee (Chairperson), Todd Culpepper and Lewis Chatham include:
1. Consider and act on approving the 2023 Revised Asphalt Maintenance Program.
2. Consider and act on approving the Annual Road Capital Improvement Policy and Priority Lists.
3. Consider and act on the Gate City Drainage issue.
4. Discuss Railroad Crossings on Red Stewart Loop.
5. Discuss Roadside Spraying.
6. Consider and recommend the purchase of excavator on State contract for $189,200.

It is possible that a quorum of the Police Jury may be in attendance at the meeting, but no action of the Police Jury as a whole will be taken.
