Sadie Brown of Quitman, LA has been named Miss Heart of Dixie. By winning the prestigious pageant that was held this past week, the daughter of Scott and Michelle (Barr) Brown who is a senior at Ruston High School, is now eligible to compete for the title of Miss Louisiana in June.
