Mark Shane Rowe
October 17, 1962 – February 17, 2023
Mr. Mark Shane Rowe of Quitman, LA, was born on October 17, 1962, in Hodge, LA and went to his heavenly home on February 17, 2023, at his residence in Quitman, LA, at the age of 60.
Mark was an avid fisherman and hunter and generally just loved being outdoors and spending time with his family. He enjoyed doing carpenter work and you never caught him going slow because he loved racing. You never saw Mark underdressed as Summer says he was “Bona Fide”. Mark loved the Lord with all his heart, and made sure his family did also.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jerry “Red” Rowe and his nephew Chris Rowe.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife, Ashley Rowe; his mother, Susie Rowe; daughters, Summer, Stormie, Cierra, and Harley, Tammi Rowe Jones; sisters, Shelia Barker and husband Andy, Lisa Brown and husband Rick, and Tina Rowe.
A celebration of life service was held on Sunday, February 19th at the Full Gospel Temple Church in Jonesboro. Interment followed at the Walnut Ridge Cemetery in Quitman under the direction of Paradise Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
