According to the agenda that has been posted for the Town of Jonesboro Board of Aldermen meeting that is slated for 6:00 pm on March 14th at the Charles H. Garrett Community Center several critical issues that the town is facing are expected to be addressed.
Kicking off the session will be the presentation of several awards followed by the town council considering entering into a lease agreement with Enterprise Fleet Management to bring all vehicles in the town’s fleet up to current standards.
Resolutions regarding a Louisiana Community Development Block Grant (LCDBG) application and the Sidewalk Project are next up to be approved. Following the various department head report the session will end with Resolutions to be considered for adoption on Municipal Water Pollution Prevention (MWPP) projects for the North, East, and South Ponds.
