Jackson Parish residents finally get to sample Mexican Cuisine once again as the Armadillo Mexican Grill reopened their doors on Tuesday, April 4th after months of being closed. Located at 730 Pershing Hwy. in Jonesboro the new hours of operation are from 11:00 am – 9:00pm on weekdays and 11:00 am – 10:00 pm on Friday and Saturday.
