The Jackson Parish 9U, 10U and 11U boys All-Stars team hit the road this weekend to take part in their respective Dixie Youth District 8 baseball tournaments. Two of the three begin play on Friday, June 23rd, with one drawing a first round bye and not having to play until Saturday. The finals of each tourney are scheduled for play on Monday, June 26th.
The JP9U team will travel to Zwolle, LA where they will take on Pineville on the “little field” at 6:30 pm while the JP10U All-Stars head to Alexandria to play Buckeye on Field 1 of the Johnny Downs Sports Complex at 6:00 pm. On Saturday, June 24th, the JP11U team will play the winner of North Sabine and Jena in Many at 9:00 am.
