In conjunction with the Workforce Development Board and Louisiana Workforce Commission, Louisiana Delta Community College in Jonesboro is hosting a Lunch Seminar for local employers at 12:00 pm on Monday, August 7th.
The session is part of a regionwide campaign in celebration of Workforce Week that runs from August 7 – 11 where employers will have the opportunity to learn the importance of:
(1) Posting job orders for your business
(2) Using social media to recruit employees
(3) Assisting in a Job Fair’s specific to the business or company
(4) On the Job Training and Work Experience Programs
(5) Rapid Response
(6) WIOA and LWC Services
(7) Assisting with recruiting accounts in HIRE
