Weston High School students displays talent and explore future opportunities

Students from Weston High School displayed their talents and explored future opportunities this past week while helping recognize an annual October tradition, a national awareness and appreciation campaign, and enjoying an area fair. 

The WHS art class helped bring recognition to Halloween that is celebrated annually on October 31st by painting creative caricature designs on the windows of Johnny’s Pizza in Jonesboro. Also, in recognition of Manufacturing Month, a group of students took a tour of WestRock Corp. in Hodge where they learned about the manufacturer and was introduced to possible career opportunities. The third graders had a big time as well while visiting the Winn Parish Fair for Ag Awareness and WHS upperclasm
