Celebrate Halloween with a pair of events on October 31st. At the Jonesboro Branch Library, you can meet Woody and all his friends during a walk-through that is slated for 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Tuesday, October 31st.  On the same day a Glow Block Party will take place in Chatham beginning at 5:00 pm.
