Residents of Forest Haven Nursing Home in Jonesboro will sleep a little warmer now thanks to the congregation of Cypress Creek Baptist Church in Dodson who made specially designed blankets as part of their outreach missions.
Jesse Henderson of CCBC delivered the plush blankets that were adorned with stitched scriptures and beautiful trim on Friday, February 9th. Each was prayed over during while being made.

Forest Haven Nursing Home residents got into the Mardi Gras spirit by making decorative masks to use when taking part in the activities designed to celebrate the holiday. The administration and staff would also like to thank Megan Frederick of ACG for bringing supplies for the residents to decorate their own mini king cakes.
