The Easter holidays are right around the corner and to help the residents of Forest Haven Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center get into the spirit, the Women’s Missionary Union from First Baptist Church in Jonesboro paid a visit on Tuesday. To the delight of all, the WMU assisted the many residents who took part in the activity in making Easter themed shoulder bags, some of which are on display below. 

Louisiana Luna Chicks Put on a Show 

Residents got a real treat this past Saturday as the Louisiana Luna Chicks took center stage to give a command dance performance to the residents and staff. Seventeen entertainers provided lots of enjoyment as everyone got into the spirit.

Happy Birthday To You! 

This past week three residents enjoyed celebrating their birthdays as the Forest Haven administration and staff provided each with a scrumptious ice cream and cake treat.
