Strong Support System

You have no way of knowing what the future holds. I hope you have a strong support system. Trouble can turn up at any time and you’ll need the support of family and friends. Do you know who to turn to? In times of crisis, you’ll need people you can lean on. We all do. That’s nothing to be ashamed of. Someday, you’ll need their extra love and encouragement. People need people. Someday… someone may call on you.

Moses was strong in faith; yet; he needed the support and strength of others.

“Whenever Moses held up his hand, Israel prevailed, and whenever he lowered his hand, Amalek prevailed. But Moses’ hands grew weary, so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it, while Aaron and Hur held up his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side. So his hands were steady until the going down of the sun (Exodus 17:11-12 ESV).”

The enemy would have prevailed without the support of Aaron and Hur.

Who stands at your side?

Some foolishly stand and struggle alone.

Remember, you can always lean on Christ the Lord.

He’s our only fail proof support system.

“You keep him in perfect peace
whose mind is stayed on you,
because he trusts in you.
Trust in the Lord forever,
for the Lord God is an everlasting rock (Isaiah 26:3-4 ESV).”
