It’s been a long time coming but soon, 2022-23 district 1B MVP, Briley Peterson of Weston High School, will be back on the court playing the game she loves. After missing all of the 2023-24 prep basketball season due to injury, Peterson will once again be a member of the LA Elite summer ball team that she played for last summer. Joining her on the 12 girl roster is 8th grader, Carly Jo Griffin, who exploded on the varsity scene for Weston High this past prep season.
