Jackson Parish Schools will present a SPARC event at the Jonesboro Branch of the Jackson Parish Library. The Special Programs and Recreation for Children event will take place from 4:00 – 5:00 pm on Tuesday, May 14th. 

Join the adventure for caregivers and their children, age 2 – Preschool as JPSD speech pathologists promote language development and family growth through stories, songs, and crafts. 

Children must be accompanied by their parent or family member and participants will receive take home activities and books while supplies last. Activities and services are free of charge. 

Developmental Screening set for May 17

As part of the SPARC program, free Developmental Screening for speech and cognitive skills has also been scheduled at the Jackson Parish Library from the hours of 1:00 – 5:00 pm on Friday, May 17th. You do not need to register in advance to attend.
