Assisted by the tremendous showing of Jackson Parish 4-H member, Easton Hall, Team LA is the 4-H Shooting Sports National Champion – AGAIN! The victory marks the fourth time since 2018 and the second year in a row that Hall and his team of elite marksman have claimed the national title, this time over a field of 700 competitors representing 40 states. 

The Louisiana team won first place in two events (air pistol and small bore rifle), finished second in two events (hunting skills and compound archery) and was third in two events (small bore pistol and air rifle). Under the tutelage of Coach Bob Davis, Hall placed 3rd overall in the rimfire pistol competition and was the top marksman in the event for the LA state team.
