The Village of Chatham held its regularly scheduled monthly Council meeting on September 10, 2024, in the conference room of the Chatham Village Hall. Present were Mayor Gregory Harris, council members Bernadean James, Toni Malone, Laverne Mixon, and Sue Proffer.  Absent was Mike Wilson.

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Harris followed by the pledge of allegiance led by Toni Malone and prayer given by Mayor Harris.

After the perfunctory business of accepting the minutes of the August meeting and approval to pay the monthly bills, Resolution 2024-08, that set the Millage for 2024
was approved. Adoption of Resolution 2024-09, which called for a bank account change was next.

The adoption of a Zoning Ordinance (2024-04) was the final order of business before financial statements were presented which preceded the adjournment of the session.
