One of the most satisfying and rewarding events to see is someone raised in Jackson Parish gain their training locally and become a vital part of the community through their professional capacity. 

That is what happened recently when Jonesboro-Hodge High School alum, Zoie Anderson completed her NREMT cognitive and psychomotor exams to become an Emergency Medical Technician at the Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District.
