
The Kindergarten class of Weston High School along with teachers, parents and grandparents enjoyed a wonderful time on Tuesday, November 19th at the Jackson Parish Library in Jonesboro. The youth joined with JPL staff members to create cut outs of Thanksgiving turkeys while also enjoying the amenities of the library.
WHS honors PBIS Student of the Month for October

The administration, faculty and staff of Weston High School would like to congratulate the 13 outstanding students who were selected as the PBIS Students of the Month for October.
PBIS stands for Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports and is is an evidence-based, tiered framework for supporting students’ behavioral, academic, social, emotional, and mental health. When implemented with fidelity, PBIS improves social emotional competence, academic success, and school climate. It also improves teacher health and wellbeing. It is a way to create positive, predictable, equitable and safe learning environments where everyone thrives.
