Jonesboro resident, Deneise Barlow, has been inducted into the Louisiana Recreation and Parks Association (LRPA) Hall of Fame. Recognized for her extraordinary leadership and dedication to the recreation and parks in the state of Louisiana, Barlow received the honor at the LRPA annual conference in Lafayette that was held November 19-21.
