
Track athletes from 16 schools across north Louisiana will descend on the track and field complex at Quitman High School on Thursday, March 27th for the 2025 Quitman Invitational.
Schools expected to compete are Castor, Cedar Creek (Ruston), Choudrant, D’arbonne Woods Charter (Farmerville), Delhi Charter, Downsville, LaSalle, Lincoln Prep, Loyola College Prep (Shreveport), New Living Word (Ruston), Quitman, Rayville, Simsboro, St. Frederick (Monroe, Sterlington and Weston.
The competition will begin with field events at 3:30 pm with the 3200 meter race slated to begin the track portion of the meet at 4:00 pm. A small section of bleachers is available for seating but as space is limited it is recommended to bring a folding chair for your comfort. Entry fee for spectators is $7.00 per person.

JHHS to compete in Hoss Garrett Relays
The Jonesboro-Hodge Tiger track team will one of 32 contestants from Louisiana and Arkansas taking part in the prestigious Hoss Garrett Relays that will be held on the track and field complex at Ruston High School.
