People of all walks and ages took part in the state of Louisiana’s largest litter removal and beautification effort this April 5-13, in what was dubbed “Love the Boot” week. In Jackson Parish students from all three of the local high schools JHHS, Quitman and Weston, joined forces with the Jackson Parish Sheriff’s Office, cleaning up their respective campuses and roads in the parish.
