In conformity with Section 63 Act 85 of 1888, and the law in such cases
provided, notice is hereby given to all parties holding mortgages upon real
estate located in Jackson Parish and the State of Louisiana, on which taxes has not been paid, that Sheriff Andy Brown will begin the sale of the same at the Jackson
Parish Sheriff’s Office, Jonesboro, Louisiana at 10:00 am on May 14th. 

The list of pieces of property that are delinquent are advertised in this paper in the CLASSIFIEDS section, in conformity with law, preparatory to such sale. The attention of Mortgage Creditors is especially called to prior to the sales as may be necessary to protect their rights.
