Molly Beaubouef of Weston High School named State FFA Officer

WHS FFA Director Derek Shields (l) and newest state FFA Secretary Molly Beaufouef (r)

The Weston High School FFA has established a well-deserved reputation as one of the top high school Future Farmers of America chapters in the state of Louisiana. This is evidenced by the ceiling full of “blue banners” won by WHS FFA members over the past several years that represent first-place finishes in regional and state Career Development Event (CDE) competitions that hang in the school’s FFA meeting room.

On Monday, June 2nd, the local FFA chapter reached even new heights as for the first time in 32 years, Weston High School has a Louisiana State FFA Officer in Molly Beaubouef, who was elected as the 2025-2026 State FFA Secretary for the 2025-26 school year.

Congratulations Molly, on your well-deserved honor!
