District Attorney Daniel W. Newell recently announced the dispositions of cases that were heard by the Second Judicial District and for the Parish of Bienville over the past six months. Included was the notice of a Jonesboro man who appeared before the court in July 2025.  

Included among the 33 people that were sentenced was Kevin Bernard Crawford of Jonesboro, LA, who pled guilty to a second offense of Domestic Abuse Battery. He was sentenced to 1 year in the Bienville Parish jail.
