Have you ever thought about working the polls on election day? The Jackson Parish Clerk of Court Office gives you that opportunity when, on Thursday, September 25th, they will be presenting a General School for Commissioners.

The certification class for any NEW person who wishes to become a pollworker and be eligible to earn $200.00 per election day will be held at 5:00 pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Jonesboro Branch of Jackson Parish Library, located at 614 South Pine Street in Jonesboro. 

If you came to the General Commissioner Certification Class in 2024 and were certified, you DO NOT need to attend this class. This is NOT a pre-election school.
