Four Inducted into Jackson Parish Sports Hall of Fame as “Class of 2025”

The Jackson Parish Sports Hall of Fame honored the “Class of 2025” on Saturday, October 4th, at the 17th annual Induction Banquet that was held at the Family Life Center of the First Baptist Church in Jonesboro. 

The gala event began with a meet and greet session at 5:00 pm, followed by a meal and the induction ceremony, where Sonny Terrill, Larry Hicks, Scott Carter, and Amanda Barham were officially recognized as members of the hallowed hall, bringing the total of electees to 82. 

Being presented with the Meritorious Service Award was longtime Jackson Parish Sports Hall of Fame President Harrell Bond Jr. for his continued leadership, dedication and support of the JPSHOF.

Also being honored on the festive night were 2024-25 High School Girl and Boys Players of the Year from Jonesboro-Hodge, Quitman, and Weston High Schools as voted by select administration, faculty, and coaches from each institution.
