The Student/Athletes of the Week for October 5-11 from Jonesboro-Hodge, Quitman, and Weston High Schools have been selected. Sponsored by the Jackson Parish Hospital and chosen by members of the faculty and staff of each institution, the award recognizes an outstanding student/athlete for their academic achievements and athletic accomplishments. 

Earning accolades this week are Henley House, a member of the Weston High School Girls Cross Country  team, Cameron Jackson, who is a Sophomore on the JHHS football team, and Hayden Seymore from the Quitman Junior High School boys basketball team.
