JPASD releases “Call Report” for month of September

Ever wondered how many times the Jackson Parish Ambulance Service District (JPASD) gets called out in a month? Thanks to the administration of the JPASD, the results of the month of September 2025 have been made available. 

As the graph below shows, a total of 393 calls were made, resulting in 309 transports, 68 times that assistance was refused, 10 times that reponders gave public assistance or were on standby, and 6 times where the call was cancelled. 

Further breakdown shows that the reasons for dispatch were:
80.2% – Emergency Transports
8.9% – Falls
8.9% – Interfacility transports
1.5% – Standbys
0.5% – Fires
