Aaron Wilson Jr.
April 11, 1961 – October 15, 2025

Aaron Wilson Jr., a beloved member of the 1979 Jonesboro-Hodge High School graduating class, who for most of his adult life resided in Washington state, went to be with the Lord on October 15th at the age of 64 years old. 

Public visitation for family, friends, and well-wishers will be held from 10:00 – 11:00 am on Saturday, October 25th, at Paradise Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with the Celebration of Life service to immediately follow in the Chapel. 

Jeremiah Taylor Jr.
April 10, 1954 – October 13, 2025

Jeremiah Taylor Jr., who served his country proudly, is now in the Lord’s hands after passing away on October 13, 2025, at the age of 71. Public Viewing will take place from 2:00 – 6:00 pm on Friday, October 24th, at Paradise Funeral Home in Jonesboro, with the Celebration of Life service taking place at 11:00 am on Saturday, October 25th, at Young’s Chapel CME, located at 1512 Hwy 144 in Calhoun, LA, under the direction of Paradise Funeral Home. 

Tammy Ann Collins
October 02, 1957 – September 17, 2025

Tammy Ann Collins, 67, passed away peacefully on September 17, 2025, in Hodge, LA. Born in Pasadena, TX, she retired as a clerk with the US Post Office. Tammy was a longtime member of Lakewood Church in Houston and sang in the choir. 

She is survived by her son, Austin Newman; her mother, Patricia Nell Collins; siblings, Chet Collins and Kristi Stroud; and nieces and nephews. 

She is preceded in death by her father, Jerry Don Collins.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 25th, in the Lakewood Church Chapel (Third Floor), located at 3700 Southwest Freeway in Houston, TX.
